It isnt easy to determine when to stop testing, there are some factors that gives indications when to stop testing, When developers notice that the software is functional then, it is said that it's safe to stop testing.
Some factors in deciding when to stop are:
- Adequate time
- When all errors have been stopped
- When an acceptable risk is been accepted
- When the project budget is low
- When there are no more bugs/defects.
