What is a Use Case

A use case is like an instruction manual, it tells us how to accomplish a particular goal by giving instructions . It's typically associated with software systems but can be used in any function. For example, imagine you're a cook who aims to prepare a grilled chicken. The use case would give the recipe of how it is being prepared through a series of procedures.

A use case helps to identify errors and how to fix them.
