What are the common performance problems faced by websites?

The most common performance problems faced by users are slow response times, database overloads or server overloads. Slow response times can be caused due to an inefficient query plan on the part of the application, while database overloads and server overloads can happen when there is too much traffic on a particular resource. These types of issues often result in degraded user experience and should be addressed as soon as they're identified so that your site doesn't suffer from poor performance levels.
