Correlation is described as the dynamic values provided by the server based on user action. However, correlation is divided into two types – Manual Correlation and Automated Correlation. They both influence the entire performance of a system.
Manual Correlation is the process of identifying a particular dynamic value, finding where it first occurred as well as the unique boundaries of capturing them, and writing the correlation function of these values, i.e., web_reg_save_param.
On the other hand, Automated Correlation works on pre-existing correlation rules, where the script is replayed and scanned for errors that may cause failure.
